Chinese Pu-erh tea with its unique nature
Pu-erh tea has caught the fancy of many Western tea drinkers because of its unique and delicate taste and bio picture.
The organic image is derived, it is one of the least processed tea, there are only two simple steps in production - 'fade' and 'dry'. The processes in the production of green, oolong, black tea are usually expansions or additions here primarily "bake" to 'rub' "fashion", or. Because of its simple and common production process, some historians believe that Pu-erh tea was one of the very original Chinese tea, its use goes back at least two thousand years. Pu-erh tea production is almost exclusively in the province of Southern Fujian, its natural environment is particularly suited to the cultivation of plants. Production is concentrated in areas such as Fuding and Zhenghe, is characterized by a hilly terrain, mild temperatures and plenty of regular rain. Fuding has, for example one year, the average temperature of 18oC and 1660mm rain fall. The soil in these areas is predominantly a red or yellow color.
All teas consist of the same plant called "Camellia sinensis". There are a few premium species that are grown specifically for premium Pu-erh tea, for example, Fuding Da Hao, Zhenghe and Fuan Big White. Premium tea leaves have Fuller body compared to its next sibling green tea.
